As an Adobe Creative Campus UTSA faculty, staff and students have full access to Adobe Creative Cloud, a set of applications and services that gives users access to a collection of software for graphic design, video editing, web development, photography and more. Below are the answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about how you can use Adobe Creative Cloud in your class.

What Adobe tools are available and what are they used for?

Adobe Creative Cloud offers a wide range of applications for creative projects. These tools empower users to communicate ideas, inspire action, and connect with audiences. For a comprehensive list of available applications, please visit: https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/all-apps.html.

What are the system requirements for Adobe tools?

How to sign into UTSA's Adobe Creative Cloud?

If you are an active UTSA student, faculty or staff you do not need to purchase or share card information to access Adobe Creative Cloud.

There are several sites you can use to log into Adobe, keep in mind that regardless of where you choose to login you should check your Account plan to ensure you have the UTSA enterprise plan.

Review Download and Install Creative Cloud, navigate to creativecloud.adobe.com, and choose Sign in from the top right corner. Next, enter your UTSA email address and select continue. Enter your ABC123 and Passphrase and choose Log in. 


Students, if you are not prompted to enter your ABC123 and Passphrase or are unable to login with your [email protected] email, try using [email protected] instead.

STUDENTS: How to check you have the UTSA Enterprise Plan

Once logged in, click on your account icon in the top right-hand corner then select 'Manage Account.'

In the section labeled "Your Plan" it should list "Adobe for Enterprise. The University of Texas - San Antonio." If it does not, please log out and login in with your [email protected] email instead.

How do I download my Adobe Projects?

Once you are logged in, navigate to the left-hand menu and select Files. Then, Your Files. All documents saved to Adobe Cloud will be located here. If you are unable to find a project, please check your local computer storage, as you may have stored it on your personal computer.

To download your projects, click the three dots underneath the image icon and select Download.

Your files will download to the downloads folder. Check if there are any files saved under your libraries or shared with you that need to be downloaded too.
