1. Download and print the 200-question bubble sheet template. If your exam is 100 questions or less, you do not need to print the backside.
2. When filling out your bubble sheet, please keep the following in mind:
   1. Name (Required): Write your preferred first name and last name, as displayed in Canvas.
   2. ID (Required): Write your myUTSA ID (abc123).
   3. Version (Required): Bubble in the correct version displayed on your exam or provided by your instructor. If no version is provided, fill in bubble ‘A.’
