In Adobe's websites there is an icon on the right hand side of the page that will let you access your Account information, unless you have loaded a profile picture the icon should look like this:

After you have clicked on your account icon you will be able to see your Adobe account information:

The email address that is listed under your name is the one that you will need to use for any connected Adobe process. For instance the Adobe micro credentials requires you to use your account email address when assigning you a certificate. Entering in an email address that differs from your account email will prevent your certificate from attaching to your account correctly.
