How to Integrate Peerceptiv into Your Course

Enable Peerceptiv in Your Canvas Course
- Go to Settings > Navigation
- Find Peerceptiv in the list of hidden tools.
- Drag it into the course navigation menu and click Save.

Create a Peerceptiv Assignment
- Go to the Peerceptiv link in your course menu.
- Click "Create Assignment" and choose the type:
- Individual submission with peer review
- Team submission with peer/team member review
- Review-only (no submission required)
- Choose settings such as:
- Number of peer reviews per student (typically 3–5)
- Review rubric (can be custom or reused)
- Deadlines for submission and reviews

Build the Rubric
- Create a clear, detailed rubric with criteria aligned to your learning outcomes.
- Use 3–5 criteria with descriptive levels (e.g., Excellent, Satisfactory, Needs Improvement).
- You can include both scaled scores and open-ended comments.

Publish and Launch
- Once configured, click “Publish to Canvas” so students can access it.
- Peerceptiv will automatically create a Canvas assignment with grade sync enabled.
