Canvas is UT San Antonio's official Learning Management System (LMS). It is your central digital hub for all registered courses, holding essential materials, assignments, grades, and communication tools. By utilizing Canvas, students can effectively manage their coursework, stay organized, and communicate with instructors, directly contributing to academic success. Below are some answers to commonly asked questions about Canvas. 

How do I log into Canvas? 

Faculty and students can log into Canvas by going to the Canvas Login page and entering their MyUTSA ID (abc123) and Passphrase.

When will my new semester courses become available?

Please check the Canvas Course Availability Schedule for when courses become available to faculty and students.
