How to Activate Your Adobe Access

UTSA has launched a new Adobe access process for all students, faculty, and staff. Whether you're a new or existing user, you’ll need to complete a quick activation to continue using Adobe Express, Adobe Acrobat Pro, or Adobe Creative Cloud.

Steps

  1. Visit the UTSA Adobe Activation Website.
  2. Click the "Activate Your Adobe Access" button.

  1. Log in with the UTSA email that best reflects your primary affiliation:
    1. Students and student employees, use your [email protected] email.
    2. Faculty and staff, use your [email protected] email.

  1. Complete the form and select the Adobe product that best fits your coursework, teaching, or work. Please note that the apps shown will depend on your role.

  1. Once submitted, check your UTSA email for a message from [email protected] with your personalized activation link.
  2. Click the "Complete [Product Name] Activation" link.

  1. On the Adobe sign-in page, use the format below to sign in and click Continue. If prompted, choose “Company or School Account.”
    • Students: abc123@my.utsa.edu
    • Faculty/Staff: Your UTSA Employee Email Address ([email protected])

Important: You must log in with your UTSA email address. If you attempt to use a personal Adobe account (such as Gmail, Yahoo, etc.), your access request will not be processed.

  1. You’ll then be redirected to the UTSA Single Sign-On page, where you’ll log in with your myUTSA ID and Passphrase.

  1. On the “Your app is ready to use” screen, click Continue.

  1. You’re done! Select your Adobe product and begin creating.
